Ultherapy is not a replacement for surgery, but it can help to stave off surgery or curb the need for dermal fillers. Ultherapy is FDA-cleared for use on the brow, face, neck, chin, and chest.

If you just need to tighten…

SkinTyte II is an advanced skin tightening treatment that uses potent infrared energy to stimulate the skin’s natural healing response and trigger skin tightening benefits. SkinTyte II is cleared for use anywhere you need it, from your face to your knees. We often combine SkinTyte II with laser skin treatments, such as BBL photofacials, to enhance your rejuvenating results. SkinTyte II is ideal for moderately lax skin, but is not recommended for extreme sagging or large amounts of excess skin.

If you want a one-time treatment…

Ultherapy is probably your better bet. Generally considered the most powerful skin-tightening and skin-lifting tool, Ultherapy is designed to be a one-and-done treatment for results that last up to a year. SkinTyte II, on the other hand, produces optimal benefits after a series of at least 4 treatments spaced about a month apart.
