At AVIE!, we begin the Dynamic Duo layering technique with the Chemical Peel which addresses sun damage, wrinkles, scarring, acne, rosacea, and discoloration by exfoliating the top layers of skin. We choose from a variety of peels like Lactic or Jessner’s Peel depending upon your individual needs. These are made of ingredients like fruit acids and antioxidants to loosen the “glue” that binds dead cells to the skin’s surface. Chemical Peels promote the growth of new skin and collagen with an improved texture and radiance that is noticeable in just a few days.
After a few weeks, your fresh, “baby” skin will surface and we begin the second phase of treatment in the Dynamic Duo, the Photo Facial. Photo Facials deliver IPL (Intense Pulse Light) energy to your skin to target hyperpigmentation, lift it to the surface of your skin where it will slough off. The treatment creates luminous, youthful skin by treating redness, brown spots, freckles and other signs of sun damage. Don’t worry, Photo Facials also address fine lines (we knew you were wondering!). Photo Facials are a proven, non-invasive treatment that requires little to no downtime.
